As Director, George Kouparitsas brings a creative, disciplined and highly technical approach to architectural design. A registered architect (Board of Architects Queensland No. 5162) and member of the Australian Institute of Architects, he is known for precision, clarity, and a strong architectural point of view.

George’s design ethos is grounded in the belief that luxury is found in the resolution of detail—in the articulation of space, the selection of materials, and a rigorous understanding of the client brief. His approach is collaborative and responsive, ensuring each project is shaped by both context and client intent.

Alongside design expertise, George brings strong commercial awareness. By aligning architectural thinking with practical outcomes, he identifies opportunities to enhance spatial efficiency, strengthen market appeal, and deliver enduring value.

Under his direction, the practice has developed a diverse and considered body of work, including international recognition through a nomination for ArchDaily Building of the Year, and local accolades from the Australian Institute of Architects and Housing Industry Association.
