ASCOT LUXURY renovation

Working within an established Ascot residence, this project focuses on refining and reordering the existing home rather than redefining it.

The brief was not to start again, but to improve what was already there—clarifying how the house functions, how it connects internally, and how it engages with light and outdoor space. The intervention is selective. Key areas are opened, others are left intact, and the overall composition is strengthened rather than replaced.

What emerges is a more coherent plan. Living spaces are better aligned, circulation is simplified, and the home operates with a greater sense of ease. The changes are not immediately obvious, but they are felt in how the house moves and performs day to day.

Material choices are controlled and consistent, allowing new work to sit comfortably alongside the existing structure. The focus is on continuity rather than contrast—ensuring the house reads as a single, resolved outcome.

This project reflects a quiet approach to renovation, where value is created through judgement, not scale.
