Bardon character new build
George Kouparitsas Architects designed this new build home on a character lot at Bardon, managing the project from the concept, through a development approval, to the construction documentation.
The project was for renowned Brisbane developer Stanford George, who planned to construct and sell at completion.
Nestled amongst original Queenslander homes, the project had to meet Brisbane City Council's strict character code guidelines, while meeting the contemporary style of the developer's brief.
Additionally, as it was going straight on the market at completion, it required street appeal and all the requisite features found on a luxury home wish list.
