The owners of this Queensland cottage in Auchenflower needed to add additional space to the dwelling, without compromising the quaint charm of the facade. Compounding this challenge was the fact the property featured a steep slope.
George Kouparitsas Architects oversaw all concept and design to add large, modern living spaces including two entertainer's decks. We managed the development approval through to the building approval. Phase two of the project will see the ground level of the home built-in.
