Galìni HOUSE, CARINA

Galini House is a contemporary family home defined by clarity, proportion, and a deliberate connection to light and landscape.

Set within a suburban context, the project rethinks a familiar typology through a more disciplined architectural approach. Rather than maximising footprint, the design prioritises spatial quality, allowing each area of the home to feel purposeful and resolved.

The planning is anchored around a central living zone that opens directly to outdoor space, creating a strong relationship between interior and landscape. This connection is reinforced through carefully positioned openings that draw natural light deep into the plan while maintaining privacy from neighbouring properties.

The architectural language is restrained. Clean lines, simple forms, and a refined material palette work together to create a sense of cohesion throughout the home. Detailing is precise and consistent, allowing the architecture to read as calm and considered rather than expressive or excessive.

Circulation is intuitive, with spaces unfolding in a logical sequence that supports everyday living. Bedrooms and private areas are separated from the main living zones, ensuring a balance between openness and retreat.

Galini House reflects a measured approach to residential design, where restraint and clarity are prioritised over scale, resulting in a home that feels both functional and quietly resolved.
